James Knight
James GH Knight is a Los Angeles based VFX Producer who spent the better part of the last four years managing the motion capture for James Cameron's critically and commercially acclaimed AVATAR, the first film to be shot almost entirely using performance capture technology. He has also worked as a Motion Capture Producer/Project Manager on films including I AM LEGEND, HULK and PRINCE CASPIAN.
Before moving to LA, James worked as Post Production Supervisor for Crawford Post Production in Atlanta GA, where he was instrumental in growing the facility to the largest in the Southeastern United States, expanding the client list to include Warner Brothers, UA, MGM and ABC. This granted him the opportunity to supervise work on films like WE ARE MARSHALL and RACING STRIPES and TV shows including COMMANDER IN CHIEF and LOST.
